Oldbie from Oregon

Sorry if this is a duplicate post.

overrun here. Still poor, still distracted, but I hope to spend some more time with Suzukis and the TS TC TM OM TF RL forum.

I find that I am still the Keeper of the Wiki, so, if anyone wants something added or modified, please let me know!

Re: selling out

Sorry to hear about your health. I have met a couple people who have changed their life around because of a diagnosis. Now I wish I had gotten it together to go on a Stroker Deuce mountain safari.

I hope you stick around the online world, but I really hope you stick around, period!

Re: Pokey's about to change status!

Glad to see that the superstars have kept up with all the forum changes. Darn, I wish I could let myself get back to thinking about bikes like I used to!

Re: 1974 Suzuki TS50 Gaucho...finally mine!

I passed one up for a ridiculously low amount of money. I didn't think I could spare it at the time. I couldn't, but it was a really great deal!

Re: That Lovely Feeling When....

Gee, Nigel, is this a disaster you have described before? I recall you were involved in some hair-raising escape from death (and it wasn't the earthquake). Or was this the same incident?

Re: Right Hand control switch

My 11/74 machine (in 1975 livery) has a Run / Kill switch. I photographed a 1974 machine, but I don't know if those would show that particular detail.

Re: How about a ride in the swamps??

I like that story! It sounds a bit like the Hodaka story. I do not recall the details, but the fertilizer company that was parent to Hodaka paid Hodaka in produce. The fertilizer company traded bikes to the cooperative farmers for that produce.

Not too much cash changed hands.

Re: Members in Christchurch

I think the max was six or seven Oregonians. I'm not sure how many have made the jump from informe.com to WoodenBell's forum and back.

Re: I wonder.....

Hi, Fellas,

I'm still distracted, but I hope to make TSs TCs and TMs part of the distraction. I really like the idea here! TC185 and GT185 use the same dynamo, so there's that!

Re: Help with identification

I think the silver trim on the seat makes it a 1967 HillBilly with Pozi-Force oiling.

So, I'm logged in again. It's random; that's all I can say....
