Now, if a man is famous for yelling, I found it! while sitting in a bath, am I allowed to express a bit of skepticism on the accuracy of the account?

There have been a couple of projects for neighborhood nuclear reactors. I have some Uranium ore that I can refine in the bathtub, but does anyone know how to score one of the protype reactors?
