Neutral switch on the end of the shift drum.
I recommend you get

a parts book or look at some online parts drawings for your model
and
get a workshop manual for your bike too.
It will be a HUGE help for you and will answer all these little questions and help you get familiar with the bike.

Is this a joke question? Of course there should be bearings in the steering head. Bike wont steer otherwise :roll:

4 petal reed blocks for these should be available pretty soon. They are at CAD stage and i have seen 3D model and not far from CNC now.

Only later motors that will fit are 75 and 76 models. 76 is very rare though and has the electroplated cylinder bore. Would be plenty of used 71-75 motors out there though. Just place wanted ads on forums, craiglist gumtree etc.
Are you sure yours is not fixable though?
